Lemon Rice
In south India, lemon rice is the most common and easy recipe. Just heat the pan with a little amount of oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilly, asafoetida, and salt, turn off the flame and add lemon juice. In addition, you can roast and mix the peanuts also. Add these mixtures to the cooked rice, mix well and serve it.
